Poor value compared to other savings providers We have a number of savings accounts. Atom bank has been the worst by far in terms of offering one rate and then dropping the rate. Do not recommend Reviewed on: 9th March 2026

I like Atom bank

I have been banking with Atom for a few years now. Simplistic banking and clear information provided. I get good time notice of changes to interest and when my deal is about to end with options available to continue banking or not. Straightforward and easy to navigate the app. I have had to contact customer services in the past and this was not a problem and staff were very well informed and helpful. Reviewed on: 12th May 2025

Face not recognised
