Since I joined Atom I’ve had a fantastic experience. I had to call customer services to obtain a statement and the person I spoke to was extremely helpful, quick at actioning what I needed and overall I’ve had a fantastic experience experience with Atom and have recommended them to friends and family. It's a very easy banking experience.

It's a very easy banking experience. I have an ISA with them which I set up via MSE and that gives me an excellent rate. I have the app on my phone and tablet so I can check on my money whenever and where ever I am. Easy peasy Reviewed on: 19th April 2025
