I found Atom very efficient, easy to use and responsive when I needed a bit of guidance. The app works quickly and money transfers either way are almost instantaneous followed by the oh so reassuring confirmation. Really happy, I’ve tried others, Atom give the greatest confidence. Not sure my review can help. I have a fixed product with Atom. Open account, deposit money, leave it for a year. I can say account opening was efficient but cannot say anything about customer service other than I've had no occasion to use it. Should their rate remain competitive I'll likely reinvest at end of term. Reviewed on: 11th February 2026

Good app & interest rates

I use Atom bank as a backup for several current accounts, as I get a reasonable interest rate. The Atom app. is very easy to use & transfers to and from are almost instant. Reviewed on: 11th February 2026
