I had to call customer services to obtain a statement and the person I spoke to was extremely helpful, quick at actioning what I needed and overall I’ve had a fantastic experience experience with Atom and have recommended them to friends and family. ATOM BANK THE POSITIVE DIGITAL UK BANK

I chose Atom because it’s the UK’s first digital App based bank. My savings are FSCS protected which gives me confidence.The customer service support is open from 8 am 8 pm 7 days a week. The staff are professional friendly and helpful.The saving rates are competitive with other well known brands. I have chosen to continue to invest with Atom Bank.I have recommended Atom Bank to my family and friends. Funny joke How does Atom Bank celebrate its birthday? It threw a big particle ! Atom is a great online bank, but could be better

Atom is a great online bank - I didn't need to speak to anyone and all of the information I need is on the app which is really helpful. I also think all the details on interest rates and so on are very clearly laid out, which I appreciate. I was a little disappointed that the rates change so frequently (since I joined a month ago they have changed twice), and I also think the app is a little confusing to use, but all in all I would recommend it.
