Poor value compared to other savings providers We have a number of savings accounts. Atom bank has been the worst by far in terms of offering one rate and then dropping the rate. Do not recommend Reviewed on: 9th March 2026

Atom has caring staff with excellent service skills

I first encountered Atom when my husband died i received excellent customer service from the team helping with the transfer. Since then I have held the account in my name and it has proven to be very successful. The app is easy to use and I am kept updated on any news. Reviewed on: 18th April 2025

Online banking is easy to navigate, easy to set up account, clear information given and great interest rates. Also I was very pleasantly surprised when call to customer service as my call was answered promptly and the advisor was extremely knowledgeable and answered my query immediately.
