Multi car policy heaven

Having spent hours researching car insurance for our 3 family - and some websites being less able to link info than an unravelling jumper - I stumbled across Aviva. Hurray - info copied across, saved on useful tabs, didn't need same hints typing in again and again and when I phoned to ask something the guy I spoke to was knowledgeable, enthusiastic and friendly. Cheap and straightforward.

I switched to Aviva when my previous insurer quoted an unreasonably high premium for renewal. Changing to Aviva was a smooth and easy process, the policy cost 75% less than my previous one and all staff at Aviva who helped me were efficient and friendly. Reviewed on: 4th August 2017

Getting expensive

Used to be competitive, but now less so. When making a claim they are keen on getting ratings and feedback, less so on keeping you informed about the actual claim process. Reviewed on: 1st August 2017

Excellent Service

Aviva has installed a tracker in my vehicle, and I get regular updates on my driving quality. I've moved from bronze to silver to gold, so it has encouraged my driving to be safer. Installation was done very quickly and efficiently by a lovely chap. I have also had excellent interactions with their customer services with queries I have had. Quick to get through to UK call centre staff member, and all of them seem to have all the knowledge required. Ther is no passing around of your call requiring reiteration of your original question. So far, of the many companies that I have used over the 30 odd years of driving, Aviva has been the best. Reviewed on: 1st August 2017
