Effortless

I've been with Aviva for a few years now - renewing the car insurance, and making adjustments to policies has been pretty straightforward, and I like that they explicitly include use of the car for voluntary work, which my wife and I do a lot of. The real challenge with insurance companies comes when you have a claim of course, and on the one occasion that we've had to make a claim on any of our Aviva policies, the process was very straightforward and proactive, with Aviva's staff being very helpful, and things happening in the timescale that they'd laid out. They are not necessarily the cheapest quote on every occasion, but sometimes it's worth paying a little extra for the quality of service. Reviewed on: 1st September 2017

Multi car policy heaven

Having spent hours researching car insurance for our 3 family - and some websites being less able to link info than an unravelling jumper - I stumbled across Aviva. Hurray - info copied across, saved on useful tabs, didn't need same hints typing in again and again and when I phoned to ask something the guy I spoke to was knowledgeable, enthusiastic and friendly. Cheap and straightforward.

I switched to Aviva when my previous insurer quoted an unreasonably high premium for renewal. Changing to Aviva was a smooth and easy process, the policy cost 75% less than my previous one and all staff at Aviva who helped me were efficient and friendly. Reviewed on: 4th August 2017
