Approachable Organisation

Overdraft fee redtructure again

Once again Bank of Scotland have moved the goalposts and once again ended up costing me even more money than before. They have now put a rolling daily overdraft charge in place whoch comes off each and everyday. Reviewed on: 13th November 2017

Good trust worthy bank

I feel happy with the Bank of Scotland, My money is secure the statements both online and on paper are well explained and up to date The banking app is easy to use and the customer service is always happy to help online or by telephone however I do find my local branch staff to be a little unprofessional not at all friendly or helpful I always feel like they are in a rush to get rid of me which they probably are as there is always lots of ques. Going down hill since taken over by LLoyds

I just think they are pretty avarage, and have been going down hill since taken over by LLoyds, My accounts have been rebranded as Halifax accounts although my cheque books are still BoS. I have about 8 accounts with Halifax/BoS but there is no overall total. They will try to hit me with fees if I do not have money in the right pocket at the right time. All in all I think it is a crap service, but I have yet to find better. First Direct is alleged to be better, but not in my experience. Reviewed on: 4th October 2017
