An Honest Bank

Banks in general are getting bad press, but only because they didn't put up a fight over PPI. Loads of people took it out and were not mis-sold but are allowed to claim it all back. Many benefitted from having it. Petrol companies and supermarkets get away with murder. Support your local Bank whoever they are. I am with Bank of Scotland and trust them completely. Honest staff doing a great job. I have never received anything but good advise, friendly service and not been mis -sold anything. Reviewed on: 4th February 2019

Easy to set up and Fab Service

I set up a bank account with Bank of Scotland. It was so easy to do and very quick. The service inside the bank is also fantastic with friendly, knowledge able staff who look out for you and your money. Reviewed on: 29th December 2018

Classic Vantage account.

I use my classic vantage account as a secondary account and am happy with the online banking system and it offer a very reasonable interest rate. Reviewed on: 23rd November 2018

Poor customer service commonplace

Service is often poor to the extent that I avoid phoning the call centre if I can help it. Reviewed on: 11th November 2018

Not helpful
