Not good service, unavailable support

I paid interest many times unnecessarily, because the day when the free interest turns changes every month. It's also impossible to do a chargeback because I need to mail the evidence by post. I mean they can't receive it by email and there's no one I can talk to. Rubbish service Reviewed on: 4th January 2022
