Fantastic Social Media Presence That is Geniunley Helpful

I haven't actually been approved this card yet however i just happened to tweet about the response taking a while only to be responded to nearly instantly (on a sunday morning no less) by a lady requesting my phone number and other details to check my progress. After i DM'd them that i got a phone call from the most helpful customer services person, who was the same one i was tweeting who was friendly, personable and recommended ways to speed up my application. If they approve it this will have been a faultless interaction, if they don't, not really their fault Reviewed on: 12th January 2015

I've only been with Barclaycard for a week but already their service has been second to none, using social media to resolve my issue quickly! They are so friendly and I was thrilled to get such good service on my first time at needing their assistance. Reviewed on: 11th January 2015
