Not reliable card service! Like a joke!

I applied for a Barclaycard online and got a message saying they needed more information. I called them several times but no one answered. It's been over a month and I still don't know if I'm approved or not. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. Barclaycard has the worst customer service ever! Barclaycard is a joke! They keep doing soft searches on my credit file even after I sent them a GDPR letter to stop. They are damaging my credit score and violating my privacy rights. Good first credit card

I spend most of my money on this card, it's really basic and is easy to use, the good thing is that it integrates with your Barclays app so you can see it in one place with your debit and savings, very nice. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Using for months and i have noticed the account holder name is showing someone else’s name and i have contacted the customer care team several time and been to the bank as well… nothing happened and said it is not a technical issue… so I have paid all the balances and stopped using it Reviewed on: 13th January 2023
