Barclays Best Bank apps!!!

Barclays is the easiest bank app for both personal and business account, and credit cards. Easy to set up and view your account in a click, security is very on point. bank statement and customer enquiry resolved quickly. I will choose barclays anytime anyday. Their customer service is one of the best from all the other banks i have. Reviewed on: 16th January 2019

Banking made less complicated

The online banking was not my idea of traditional banking. I prefered to visit my local branch and speak to someone about my banking matters. However since I started using online banking for my every day banking matters I found it surprisingly easy to use. I still visit my branch for some banking matters such as money transfer, as I am bit reluctant to do that online, but that out of personal preference rather than any issues with the app itself. Fantastic app and great new features

A fantastic Barclays Current Account and mobile banking app. The iOS App is easily to use and I can easily view transactions with retailer logos. In addition, I have added the Tech Pack to my account which saves me so much money on phone and other device insurance. Looking forward to see what other exciting features will arrive in 2019 - such as real time notifications! Reviewed on: 15th January 2019

Innovative app

On my previous banking apps, I haven't been able to do many things that I can on my Barclays app, freeze my card,freeze standing orders and I can navigate through the app with ease. I especially like how I can view my calender for payments which will leave,it means budgeting is that bit easier! Reviewed on: 15th January 2019

satisfied customer

I use my banking app constantly for day to day banking - extremely easy to use ( bearing in mind I am 65+)and very convenient . Have also used generic phone lines- wait not too bad and always manage to sort what is needed. Banking staff at Brighouse (sub branch of Halifax) always pleasant and polite. Recently visited and was invited out of busy queue by personal banker who had just finished with previous customer and very happy with service. In some banks they would have scurried off beyond security door never to be seen again!, she sorted my accounts and also signed me up for rewards. Reviewed on: 15th January 2019

Good for Seniors and All

I have been with Barclays for over 40 years. The support it gives is consistent and with updates of IT which is easy to use for a 70 year-old retiree. The gadget for online sign-in is simple and good for a slow senior like me. The hole-in-wall ATM is spotted over the world and so easily accessible. Keep it up! Reviewed on: 15th January 2019
