Prejudice against customers with disability

This has to be the worst back around, they are the most prejudice company against customers with mental health problems. No matter what happens, how it affects the customer the complaint is not upheld even at executive complaints level you are fobbed off. If you have any type of disability do not use this bank if you want care and understanding. Reviewed on: 17th January 2019

Outstanding bank

I'm 18 years old and have been with Barclays for years , I have told others to change to Barclays because barclays is a brilliant bank quick easy and simple with anything and everything you may need and they truly have an amazing customer service crew and an outstanding online banking site which because of my depression and not leaving the house 24/7 I'm on quite a bit if the award goes to anyone it should be barclays.
