Excellent customer service, prompt responses and polite staff

I have experience of a number of banks and Barclays stands out on top. The Mobile App in particular must be the best int he industry. The helpful use of texts, emails and telephone, is also significantly better than their competitors. Reviewed on: 1st January 2019

Barclays Bank is the best bank I have been with very polite.

The only branch of any bank

Have stuck with Barclays for 20 odd years and now it’s the only local branch for miles so hoping they stick with their loyal customers going forward. Reviewed on: 31st December 2018

Best Mobile Banking App

The Barclays mobile banking app has to be the most useful app out of all apps available, not just banking apps. If this is the only reason you switch to a Barclays account, you will not be disappointed! Reviewed on: 31st December 2018
