Most efficient banking app!

Barclays banking app is very straight forward, no hassle! Direct communication to the team for any further support is on there, which I rarely use because the app is so easy! Reviewed on: 27th December 2018

Trustworthy

I have been to several different banks and I just didn't feel comfortable with them and felt confused with everything that did. When I was recommended to use Barclays i was unsure with previous experience with other banks. So I tried it hoping for something better and simplistic and knowing my info and money is safe. Well I have been with Barclays for years now and it's a fantastic bank I couldn't give it a higher recommendation. I won't be changing banks that's for sure. Reviewed on: 26th December 2018

Average bank

Overall I am pleased with this bank. It is my first one since I came to the UK and I think I will stick with it for a while. It would be great if they had a good mobile application, which at the moment is atrociously bad. Reviewed on: 26th December 2018

Always get help off staff when you go in

I have been through a lot over past 2 years looking after my mum wh has dementia and before I got POA I had to take my mum into the branch with me all staff were very understanding with both of us and helps me once I had got my POA Reviewed on: 26th December 2018
