I was a UK resident but not citizen recently arrived in the UK. I went to several banks to open an account but found them uninterested and unhelpful, except Barclays. Several years later I am still with them. Reviewed on: 15th February 2016

Well, I started banking with Barclays in 2014 and upto now the fact that am still banking with them means they are doing something. The mobile app is excellent, the security system is fantastic and the several calls have made to them via phones have been mervelous and whatever issue I had they sorted it out and if they could not, they gave me an understandable explanation.
