My experience with barclays

I've had my bank account for over a year now and i had no problem. I was hearing from my friends that their bank is unprofessional or confused but never had someone saying bad word about barclays. If someone wants to open a bank account i would recommend barclays. Reviewed on: 7th December 2018

Friendly service

The staff that works for Barclays are very friendly and helpful when I have a problem with my accounts. They have the knowledge to deal with my problems and I had a great conversation with one member that helped me with my accounts. Reviewed on: 7th December 2018

Easy and Efficient

I never thought I would use on-line banking, until I discovered the Barclays app. I use it regularly, at least once a week. It gives me so much more control about what is going out of my account and when. I can set up standing orders, transfer between my accounts and others. Before it would've been a phone or trip to the bank. I can do it all from my phone on my way to work! Love it. Reviewed on: 7th December 2018

on line banking

Well I found it so easy to use on line banking. I'm no good with computers but when I use my phone for on line banking I find it so easy I'm well pleased with my self. I can do just about any thing from sending money to friends and family to transfers to my savings account and paying for my holidays . I'm really happy with Barclays so a big thank you to you all.
