Easy to open an account

I was a UK resident but not citizen recently arrived in the UK. I went to several banks to open an account but found them uninterested and unhelpful, except Barclays. Several years later I am still with them. Reviewed on: 15th February 2016

Fantastic app functionality

The app was recommended by the bank when I first set up a bank account, my initial thoughts were to dismiss it and stay on the usual internet banking. However, after a few months, I have to say it is by far the best banking app available that I've ever used. Excellent usability and functions, clear design and a shortcut to customer service so you don't have to go through the tedious process of giving your details and answering security questions. It even allows you to upload a picture for your own personalised card. Highly recommended. Reviewed on: 7th December 2018
