I've used barclays for over 20 years, on the few occasions there has been any problems they were always sorted quickly and easily with friendly staff, both in branch and on line. The banking app ia easy to use, clear and VERY informative, even including the map of where my purchase was made. Very impressed Reviewed on: 7th December 2018

Barclays mobile banking is the most usefull app for transfering money between accounts. Is very easy to get use with it! And i like that things Blue reward and the Saving account! Reviewed on: 7th December 2018

Beginning of the year I changed accounts to another bank and it was a case of „you don‘t know what you have until it‘s gone“ - i quickly was looking to change back to Barclays. Especially the app was so much better than other providers, it‘s simple, and gives me all features that I need. So happy to be back! Reviewed on: 7th December 2018

Incredibly simple and easy to use app, everything is clearly laid out and can be found with ease, I can check all the details of my bank account currently, all my previous payments and direct debits, and get advice on how to be financially successful in the future.
