Barclays Bank, My knight in Shining Armour.

Barclays Staff are the best. In the last 20 years the staff have treated me with kindness, patience, empathy and understanding to alleviate my anxiety when approaching any bank work from changing addresses to international transfers to using reason in waiving charges when applicable .
