I was a UK resident but not citizen recently arrived in the UK. I went to several banks to open an account but found them uninterested and unhelpful, except Barclays. Several years later I am still with them. Reviewed on: 15th February 2016

Brilliant Barclays Banking App

The App is very secure, which I really like, and easy to use. Barclays were also the first bank to offer us a bank account with them, having just arrived in the country and this was not a very difficult process. Reviewed on: 7th December 2018

Simple enough banking

Barclays have always said through advertisements (tv and posters) they have simple and easy to use banking and when I first started my young persons account with them I got the app and it’s pretty simple to use however I did struggle a bit but maybe that’s on my part I just had to google how to see how much I’ve used on the app and once I found out the app became a lot easier to use. I feel like this review isn’t going to make sense but overall they’re banking is simple enough for me to use and if it isn’t then I either use google or their help line/ email and my problem is pretty much sorted. I've had this bank account with Barclays since 2012 & if i'v had eny problem Barclays has always sort it out strataway for me & been very plit n helpful + the app is real easy to use I haven't got a bad thing to say about them or the app so keep up the good work Barclays.
