Barclays apps are great

I think the app is so good and easy to use, even pingit is so good as well. It makes it so easy for me to send money to people and check my account. I also love the fact that I can call the bank through the app if I have any problems. Reviewed on: 7th December 2018

Treated as a person not a number

Even though my banking is mostly done on line I know the website and app have been designed so that I have s good personal experience as well as knowing I have a secure one. And when I do speak to banking staff they’re always knowledgeable and helpful. For example a staff member showed me how to bank cheques using the app. Very impressed. I like the app availability too so I can check my accounts and do all sorts of other stuff when I want to. The app is perfect because it allows me to get on with my life!! Best Banking Service

Of the other bank accounts that I have, I personally would recommend Barclays for the ease of transaction and Security. The account processing time, Personalized Debit cards and Contact-less payments are quite welcoming one. Reviewed on: 7th December 2018
