Easy to open an account

I was a UK resident but not citizen recently arrived in the UK. I went to several banks to open an account but found them uninterested and unhelpful, except Barclays. Several years later I am still with them. Reviewed on: 15th February 2016

Lost without you

I've recommended Barclays to several members of my family due to the great customer service and amazing banking app and pingit app which mean being able to keep in constant control out my accounts, a fantastic resource to me especially as I'm disabled and struggle to get to branches during opening hours etc. Reviewed on: 7th December 2018

Safe & secure

Apart from being able to monitor the online banking anytime day or night ,I particularly like , the pending section which allows you to see what’s waiting to come out of your bank account , this enables you to monitor eg, if you’ve lost your card & haven’t realised & purchases are being made by someone else ,also I like the fact that you can temporarily freeze your card if you realise it’s been lost so it can’t be used .
