Easy to open an account

I was a UK resident but not citizen recently arrived in the UK. I went to several banks to open an account but found them uninterested and unhelpful, except Barclays. Several years later I am still with them. Reviewed on: 15th February 2016

Barclays - Best Bank

I've been a Barclays customer for years. Always received good care and when I have ever had any issues or problems they have always been quick to resolve them and with good care taken. Never had any complaints in all the years I've banked with them. Reviewed on: 8th November 2018

Great bank!

Barclays review

I had an incident with someone taking money from my account and frauding me. Barclays dealt with the matter effectively and kept me updated through out and ensured I had the money back in my account. Been with them over 10 years! Reviewed on: 8th November 2018

good for giving you notice of having gone overdrawn enabling you to prevent being charged for un-arranged borrowing. Reviewed on: 8th November 2018

Helpful

I am on a very low income and found it difficult to get a bank account for that reason. Barclays were very helpful and since opening an account with them they have been professional and courteous and their online banking system is easy to use Reviewed on: 8th November 2018

No problem banking

I've been with Barclays since I was a child. My parents banked with them too and there has never been a problem. Whatever has happened in our lives, if we have needed their help it has been provided. Even during the most difficult times of bereavement, they have taken all the stress and worry away and dealt with everything for us. Reviewed on: 8th November 2018
