Great Bank to work with

Unlike other banks I have used previously I find Barclays fully understand my financial position as an owner of multiple businesses and work with me to achieve my goals. Reviewed on: 29th June 2017

Easy online service

Definitely improved over the years

I used to have problems with my account getting blocked for purchases fairly frequently which is a pain from a user point of view but great that they are proactive against potential fraudulent charges. They have improved with this and I rarely have any issues. Great that you can use online chat via mobile to solve basic queries, there's a few connectivity teething problems on their end but I'm sure this will continue to improve. Loan

I applied for and got a loan from Barclays and they added interest payments that were wrong.. I continued paying the overpayment for years until I realised it was wrong I eventually got a settlement from them but only after I threatened to go to the ombudsman! Reviewed on: 7th June 2017
