closed weekend desk service in the main branch

Small local branches like West Bridgford and Newark are fabulous for customer service but High Street in Nottingham is appalling. Sloppy couldn't care staff and now they have closed counter service on a Saturday. Reviewed on: 8th February 2020

Good Online and App Services

A caring bank at last

Have had accounts in the past with various banks. Was looking for a local bank but most banks had left Haverhill including the bank I was with. Was not going to travel 30 miles to see someone. So turned to the two banks left. One I had bad service from so Barclays it was. Surprise surprise the choice was a good one. Lovely staff and good service.
