easy banking, difficult to deal with in case of fraud

Banking with Barclays is easy. I've had an account with them for as long as i can remember. However,I had money stolem from my account by fraudsters a few times. Some being subscriptions that somehow Barclays was not able to cancel several months in a row. In the third month happening they refused to refund me the cost anymore with no explanation. I have had a bank account with Barclays for the past 20 years and have always found them to be a good bank, great opportunity for savings and loans and credit cards at competitive rates. Would recommend Barclays to others. Great app and online services with telephone support or online chat if needed. Reviewed on: 11th December 2019

On the positive side I find the banking app easy to use. However, I have had issues with their charges and their packages not being clear. I also think they are not very ethical so I am thinking of banking elsewhere. Reviewed on: 5th December 2019
