Well thought out range of functionality

The app and the website both allow users to perform a wide range of tasks and it's a pleasure to want to do something very specific, and finding that the Barclays team have preempted their customers needs and developed it. Huge range of functionality vs other banks. Reviewed on: 8th February 2020

Looks after my money

Good banking system

I have a current account with Barclays I set it up due to not having photo ID and they are one of the only banks that don't require this when making an account online. I like the features of the app however it doesn't always work its good to keep up to date with my balance. closed weekend desk service in the main branch

Small local branches like West Bridgford and Newark are fabulous for customer service but High Street in Nottingham is appalling. Sloppy couldn't care staff and now they have closed counter service on a Saturday. Reviewed on: 8th February 2020

Good Online and App Services
