SERVICE REVIEW SO FAR

Seems to operate on line but admin is a nightmare to get names added or taken away = 6 months of hassle to get sorted many reported. BUT when established seems OK so far! Reviewed on: 28th January 2020

Mobile App is second to none!

Barclays Mobile App is the best I have seen in the market with lots more features than most others.. I can see all my accounts, loan, credit card and mortgage all in one place. I also love that I can personalise the picture on my debit card and block or limit my card use in the app. Reviewed on: 27th January 2020

Amazing

I informed Barclays that I was going away to visit my daughters in Australia etc and out of the kindness they send me a beautiful photo frame which says family in it and will hold a few pictures Was totally blown away by it, and have nothing but good words to say about them as nothing is too much trouble for them Reviewed on: 25th January 2020
