no problems

Not bad

Like the APP and everything is my account. Just had a problem with my contactless payments with 2 previous cards. Reviewed on: 22nd November 2019

Always there to help

Whenever I go into the back the staff are aleays friendly and happy to help me. Sometimes I have to wait to be seen but this is because everyone else likes to use the same bank as me. Reviewed on: 22nd November 2019

Simple, Straightforward banking

Barclays were easy to set up an account with. Staff have always been friendly and helpful. The app is easy to use and makes everyday banking so simple. I now do most of my banking via the app and I feel I am better in control of my spending since I transferred banks. Reviewed on: 21st November 2019

Current Account

Barclays have been pretty good over the years I have been with them, bearing in mind I did not choose them for my banking, but was transferred when the Woolwich was taken over by Barclays. They are usually quick to resolve any issues, and their banking app is reliable and easy to use. Reviewed on: 21st November 2019
