Simple yet effective and secure

Since having the account I have had very little problems, Any problems I have had has been sorted without delay. The account is very secure and if a transaction looks suspicious it is stopped until confirmed as genuine by the customer (me). Very useful with the app as well as you can change all different types of features with the card stop certain payments from going out or temporarily cancel your card if you have lost it. Worst Bank ever

I was a 9years customer to this Bank in United Kingdom. I never get any single offers Such as No overdraft and No loan. Even I had good credit score. They don’t bother to check about the offers. Each time they was told me to come back. Last 3 years again and again I went and ask about it. They are irresponsible and helpless staff. I went today and ask about my loan because of my financial difficulties if I cannot I’m going to switch. They don’t have any problems and said that’s up to you. It was unbelievable. They never allow me to talk with the manager even. Worst bank ever in my life. Reviewed on: 4th November 2019

Is Barclays selling info to real estate agents?

visited croydon branch of Barclays today to change the address. to my surprise Barclays asked me for private information which I dont think is any of their concern (whether I own the property and whether it is furnished). apparently this is information they use for security reasons next time I visit. well I said I am not providing any sensitive infornation and We can agree on password or any other made up information. the lady said 'this is not how it works'. the message the bank sends to their customers is: either our way or no way! how do I know barclays is not selling these information to real estate agencies? how would I know if they used it for anything else? i think that kind of customer care deserves 0 stars!!!
