Great service

I have only been with Barclays for a relatively short time but wished I had joined much earlier. In branch the staff are very friendly and helpful. The online banking is very user friendly and straightforward. I use that feature very frequently as well as the mobile app. Top marks for a great bank. Reviewed on: 2nd February 2019

Been with me through thick and thin

Fast, easy and secure

The online banking is so clear and well designed. Easy to access relevant bank accounts and send, transfer and save so easily. The banking app is also really quick and easy to use. Reviewed on: 2nd February 2019

the fact I have mobile banking which makes the whole experience more personal and makes me feel like I am in control of my own account and also I am able to link my Barclaycard onto there to view my transactions, what more could you ask for!! Reviewed on: 1st February 2019
