The personal touch

I have been a customer with the Bath Building Society for many years. Where I live in Wellington, Somerset there is a small branch agency which is fine for most of my needs. However, from time to time I like to check my ISA balance etc and I therefore felt the time had come to get online. This proved somewhat difficult for me with all the security info. needed in order to access the account and I was getting very confused. However, as luck would have it, I was contacted by Louisa who acted as my mentor in getting me through this obstacle. I therefore feel that the personal touch is often the best way to solve such problems. Many thanks. Reviewed on: 30th December 2021

Getting the balance between keeping our members data secure and making it easy to access is a balancing act and we are conscious that we don't always get it right. To help, we are launching a new Mobile App in the next few months. This will be secure but much easier for you to access balances.
