It is entirely up to you how you choose to contact us but it will be the same Bath based team that respond if you contact us by webchat, email, phone or even good old fashioned post. For our inbound calls ad webchats we pride ourselves in the fact that approximately 90% of both are responded to by a human within 60 seconds.
