Jess replied via the online chat service within minutes and was able to action my request of closing one of my accounts and transferring the balance to another in seconds. Very happy as this saved me an hour-round trip to the branch to close the account in person! Reviewed on: 27th March 2025

Visited Wood Street Branch this afternoon with my husband. Was served by Jane who was amazing. She made the whole process so easy and made us feel very relaxed. It is so nice to be served by a person and a financial institution that still has passbooks, perfect for us. Reviewed on: 21st March 2025
