Friendly, helpful customer service

I had difficulty logging in to online banking. Barry was friendly, helpful and made sure I was able to log in effectively before concluding business. The wait on hold was relatively short (<5 mins) before speaking to a member of the team. Reviewed on: 8th December 2020

If you can keep things as they are, and stay in business then you should. Its quaintly, old fashioned, but that's the USP. If I wanted a faceless internet experience there are loads to choose from. Reviewed on: 5th December 2020

Easy to open an account and excellent support after doing so

The customer service has been amongst the best I have received at any Building Society. It was one of the easiest to open an account even though I was not already a member. Allowing this to be done by email was very helpful and ensured a quick process. Then the support with a problem registering online was quick, efficient and very helpful.
