If you can keep things as they are, and stay in business then you should. Its quaintly, old fashioned, but that's the USP. If I wanted a faceless internet experience there are loads to choose from. Reviewed on: 5th December 2020

Easy to open an account and excellent support after doing so

The customer service has been amongst the best I have received at any Building Society. It was one of the easiest to open an account even though I was not already a member. Allowing this to be done by email was very helpful and ensured a quick process. Then the support with a problem registering online was quick, efficient and very helpful. Quickly sorting out an "on-line" log-in" problem

It is a small society and in consequence the staff are far more friendly and helpful than big organisations where customers are treated as just a number ! Would reccommend the Bath Building Society to anyone who wants good old fashioned service !!! Keep up the good wirk. Reviewed on: 2nd December 2020

Enquiry about availability of a secure internal upload of application form for Trustee Savings Account online secure

Web chat was quick. Accessing the right team member of the Trustee Saving Account would be even better still. Instead I had to post my application form. Reviewed on: 2nd December 2020
