A good local building society

Living in Keynsham I rarely go into Bath especially recently but being able to do all my business on line is a great help. If I have a problem I either ring for help and there is a very speedy response or email and these are quickly replied to. A very responsive organisation who genuinely seem to want to help. Traditioal building society with original mutial values

Local & friendly

My wife & I along with my daughter & her husband have been members for many years. Whenever we go into the Moorland Road branch it's like visiting family, so welcoming/friendly & helpful. We are always made to feel special. The Moorland Road branch office is so easy to access, without the need to go into the city centre & hopefully will remain open providing easy access for all members in the south side of Bath & beyond.
