Withdrawal templates

It was only when I couldn't access my local branch that I went to your website to download an account withdrawal form. Unfortunately it seems I have to write a letter to head office. I'm very capable of doing this but found it unusual not to be able to access a template for the purpose. If for no other reason it gives a prompt to your customer of what information is required. Other than that very happy with the service (I usually use the Staple Hill branch and always find them very helpful). Reviewed on: 7th June 2020

Pleasant and helpful bank

I had a very good experience every time when contacted Bath Building Society for various reasons. Staff is helpful and always responds to the queries in a timely manner. The only comment I would like to make that more flexibility in mortgage payment dates etc. would be useful. Reviewed on: 7th June 2020

Well I find this "review" confusing : does 10 stars mean "Not loved at all"? My experience at the branch is always good. "Bath Online" I find has difficulties, which are probably due to my great age and relatively fixed thoughts, but why cannot website designers get together and have a standard design so that websites are more easy to use? I was taught that when writing you should think of the Reader. The same applies to designing a website. Aim for clarity. And more on this "Review" : I do not want to "publish" my review. I am happy for the management of BIBS to read it, but I am not writing it for the public. Reviewed on: 6th June 2020

Customer service is great

Every time I have been in the service was great, but the interest rates are not good. They also closed the branch closest to where I was living which was disappointing. Reviewed on: 6th June 2020

Fast and efficient ISA transfer

Clearly with the Bank of England base rate at an all time low of 0.10% it is difficult to get excited about interest rates in general at the moment. I can however confirm that Moneyfacts rates all of our core savings rates as at least 'competitive' and even this weekend The Mail included us in their best buy tables for our Junior ISA account. Local and caring

So pleased that agency is maintained in our town when the bigger building societies have all left. I can do all my transactions locally. No traveling or queues. Have ready recommended Bath to elderly neighbours who have opened accounts. Reviewed on: 6th June 2020
