Very helpful people

I have been shopping around the high street banks for a Trust Account to no avail. It was such a relief to find The Bath Building Society did them. I found they were so helpful and knowledgeable on this topic and felt very reassured after speaking to Jonathan Sweeting. The application was emailed and I received notification my account was set up within 2 hours. Brilliant! Reviewed on: 30th August 2020

Always fast, reliable personal service.

I have always found the staff in branch, very helpful, with no request ever being too much trouble for them. Very quick and efficent service

You sent me a message by email which was intended to help me with the new two factor login system. Unfortunately when I tried to follow that I was offered only my landline number to receive code as text messages. I wanted to change to my mobile which does receive text messages but this was not provided for. This needs sorting. Reviewed on: 21st August 2020

Great service

Really helpful service. My dad only has access to this building society and with health issues is struggling in covid to remain independent.
