A good local building society

Living in Keynsham I rarely go into Bath especially recently but being able to do all my business on line is a great help. If I have a problem I either ring for help and there is a very speedy response or email and these are quickly replied to. A very responsive organisation who genuinely seem to want to help. Traditioal building society with original mutial values

Local & friendly

My wife & I along with my daughter & her husband have been members for many years. Whenever we go into the Moorland Road branch it's like visiting family, so welcoming/friendly & helpful. We are always made to feel special. The Moorland Road branch office is so easy to access, without the need to go into the city centre & hopefully will remain open providing easy access for all members in the south side of Bath & beyond. What friendly and efficient people Bath Building Society are.

It is always a pleasure to go into the branch where the staff consistently do their utmost to help, and are very helpful when asked about online queries too. The Annual General Meeting is excellent and its great to meet all the people who make Bath Building Society what it is. There is nothing to be done to make the experience better for me.
