A Local personal society

It is local & my town has an agency. The chat time was quite a wait, but I expect during these times it is a bit busy. Maybe the application form has a place to authorise transfer of monies or indication of opening funds? Reviewed on: 2nd July 2020

As a result of this feedback we will be updating all of our Savings application forms and will be sure to include an area for existing customers to give us instructions to transfer money from existing accounts. the new applications should be ready for use in the next few weeks. As to your web chat, I am sorry that you had a delay. We aim to answer all such chats within 60 seconds but it looks like we failed on this occasion. We will try harder! In my opinion, the best Building Society that I've ever dealt with

Firstly I must say that I never write reviews. However, I have made an exception for Bath Building Society. I have been a member since late 2017 and my experience has always been 100%. positive. I can honestly not find anything to complain about. All the staff are fantastic, nothing is ever too much trouble for them. Opening up two bare trust accounts was so straight forward. Noel was always at the end of the phone or email if I had any issues. Likewise, John has been so helpful when I recently needed to close down one of the trust accounts. Yet again, always at the end of the phone or email if I had any problems. The website is easy to use and does exactly what it needs to, without throwing it's toys out of the pram every time you sign in. I am an extremely satisfied customer and am so glad that I found Bath Building Society Reviewed on: 30th June 2020
