Very helpful, great interest rate especially for the...

Very helpful, great interest rate especially for the 16-25 regular saver; had one problem when they rebuilt the online banking platform where I couldn't log on to the new website, but everyone with whom I interacted was friendly and sought to help as best as possible. While the new platform was buggy for a while, I could still use in branch services to access my money, and, after a while, my issues were sorted out. If I have one complaint, it is that their chatbot on their website is rubbish, and you need to jump through a few hoops to interact with a real person, and it keeps answering questions which you didn't ask. Overall excellent, though, and have recommended to one of my colleagues! Reviewed on: 10th March 2025

Missing the City, still with the Building Society.

I invested savings with Bath Building Society while I lived in that lovely city. Staff in the branch and in HQ always combined efficiency with friendliness. Now that I am no longer able to live in Bath I still receive first class service on line, by post or telephone. Reviewed on: 10th March 2025
