Great Value Overall: Slight Faults in Service

Bath Building Society's LISA provides great intrest rates. All the features present in modern day internet banking are there. Now the faults. The website is very mismatched in style, some UI elements take on an IOS style which is disconcerting, especially when not on an IOS device. Not only is this cheap design, but I initially thought the website was a scam as it is typical of scam websites to copy system design and to masquerade as the device settings. Furhtermore transactions are only processed during certain hours which is dated. Reviewed on: 27th February 2025

Great service from the Wood St Branch

I tried to open an account online at home with no success. So I went to the Wood St branch and was served by Tracey and Ben who were very helpful, and I was able to open the account with no problem. It’s always so lovely to visit the Wood Street Branch as they are so friendly and welcoming. 10 out of 10 from me! Reviewed on: 26th February 2025

Wood Street Branch helpful & patient

I called into the Wood St Branch as I needed some help with the app. I was greeted by Tracey, who was very helpful and patient with me.
