Great customer service at Oldfield Park

Came into Oldfield to sort out a bereavement and was served by Rachel. She was friendly and really helpful. I came in a few weeks later to sort out payments regarding the funeral where Rachelle and Rachel were helpful and gave great customer service. It was much easier than some of the other banks I’ve had to deal with recently. Reviewed on: 11th February 2025

I like a building society office which is small and...

I like a building society office which is small and friendly, it´s main asset for me are that it is in the centre of Bath with very good opening hours - but most of all uses passbooks and is easily managed by someone who does not want to do everything on line. Reviewed on: 7th February 2025

We like having local branches with very friendly face-to-face staff - we like having a passbook (and will be most upset if you ever “Go Digital” and replace the passbook!) and your rates are decent.
