Oldfield Park branch

Called into Oldfield Park to transfer our existing ISAs into fixed ISAs and both Lisa and Rachelle were very helpful and friendly in sorting us out. It’s a lovely atmosphere in the Oldfield Park branch. Reviewed on: 17th February 2025

I like the personal and friendly service I received...

Great customer service at Oldfield Park

Came into Oldfield to sort out a bereavement and was served by Rachel. She was friendly and really helpful. I came in a few weeks later to sort out payments regarding the funeral where Rachelle and Rachel were helpful and gave great customer service. It was much easier than some of the other banks I’ve had to deal with recently. Reviewed on: 11th February 2025
