I found it refreshing to be able to invest in a one year bond through the post with minimal stress. People like myself either cannot or indeed do not wish to open and use online accounts. I know this is a thing of the future but the older clients are not yet ready. Reviewed on: 4th July 2024

Website lies - branches cannot open accounts

Website says you can open an account in branch. Went to a branch and they told me this was not the case. Have tried and tried to open online but the instructions are not clear and am now ant an impasse where I cannot get anything to process. Very poor service. Reviewed on: 4th July 2024
