It would be good to enrol in accounts entirely online without having to send paper copies in the post. This may have changed now but when I applied for an account, that was the biggest pain. Reviewed on: 13th September 2024

Highly recommended

Always had excellent and friendly service at our Ilminster branch so a little disappointed that it had to close. However as the Society has made it so easy to deal with matters online I still highly recommend Bath Building Society. Reviewed on: 13th September 2024
