Excellent smallish Building Society

Easy to deal with

I've had little to do with Bath Bldg Society services team which is a positive in itself because I haven't needed to, because the service provided is good. On the one occasion I needed to speak to them, I was able to leave a message and a real person called me back without delay and was very friendly and efficient. Very good local mutual financial organisation.

I have always experienced good customer service whenever visiting the Wood Street branch and the head office in Queen Square. Staff appear to be well trained and happy to help customers with existing accounts or opening new ones. Bibs sponsor local youth and adult organisations and have an annual local charity which they also support. The mutual status is all important in a local financial organisation and BIBS continues to offer stability and respectability in an ever changing marketplace. Reviewed on: 1st April 2023

Bath Building Society delivers tradional service through its friendly and engaged staff.

You were there for me when it counted...

Several years ago I was made redundant and couldn't find another job for three months. I contacted BBS and they couldn't have been more understanding and made an arrangement with me about my Mortgage which took so much stress away from the situation, which I'll never forget.
