Excellent rates, knowledgable and helpful staff

Always kind, good interest rates, keep us informed. Helpful, knowledgeable staff. Respond quickly to emails and requests for transfers between accounts. Very efficient. I have accounts in various places, but BBS is my preferred provider. Reviewed on: 23rd February 2024

Always there for you in person.

One of the few places where a human being answers the telephone straight away and they are always so helpful. Go and see them and they not only talk to you but on recent visit actually sorted out my mobile phone ap for me. Rates are always competitive. Good old fashioned service along with modern technology, so rare these days. Reviewed on: 23rd February 2024

Fast, friendly, effective customer service

Each time I’ve had to speak with Bath Building Society I’ve had the best customer experience. Calls are answered quickly, staff are attentive and the service has been efficient.
