Great customer service and peoduct information

I have found customer service to be excellent both on the phone and in the branch. It is important to me that I can access a branch. You have always been helpful in finding me the best value ISA and dealing with all the paperwork quickly Reviewed on: 11th February 2026

I have been with BIBS for nearly 20 years.

I have been with BIBS for nearly 20 years. In that time, I have found every single member of staff helpful, extremely friendly and have always resolved any queries ive had. The online services need a bit of work though! Reviewed on: 11th February 2026
