Very Good Customer Service

Once I was able to get to a person (Jess Weekes) the customer service was very good. Jess answered my questions quickly, and confirmed everything that I needed. She even checked that my email was working correctly, as I had never received the automated email in regards to my application. Reviewed on: 30th August 2023

Quick and friendly assistance with query opening LISA

I tried to open a LISA online, but had a time pressure as my birthday is next week, and I am going on holiday this afternoon. Jess responded to the ID query promptly and with understanding to my situation, and I am very grateful for her help. As a new customer it has assured me in my decision to open an account.
