Robbers

Shocking company. Started a policy to begin 2 days after paying for it. Got a call 4 days after start date to say that not all details are correct so they asked the same questions I answered when I applied, changed the answers against my will and charged me a tonne extra. No choice. Fast forward a week and I've just come home to a letter stating they're cancelling my policy because they "still require clarification on some of the answers I provides online". The letter was made 8 days ago and the policy ended yesterday. No emails, no calls to say this issue has been resolved in the meantime. No notice of this letter being sent out when they last called me. I've been sat on hold to the number in the letter for 15mins and still waiting. I could've ridden out today uninsured without knowing. Absolutely shocking service and robbing company. The only upside was that I got to ride my partners bike whilst waiting for mine. Wish I had read the reviews before taking out a policy online. Ridiculous threatening demand email wanting further info after setting up and paying for policy online. Just trying to increase premium tactic. Then charged me £65 cancellation fee + commission + a few days insurance cover at at ridiculous price. Refunded approx 50% of premium after policy in force for a few days and within 14day cooling off period. Complete rip off merchants. No surprise as I see they are part of Adrian Flux. Just awful in all respects

Just awful in all respects, but systematic : Firstly, they trick you into automatic renewal, then they increase your insurance quite substantially (although you didn't have any accident), and then they use scare tactics to make you sign the increased amount, or even a substantially higher amount that they try to sell you when you phone. Just like one of the other reviewers, I had a long discussion with them about what is a "locked building" as opposed to a "locked compound" and what does not fit into any of these categories, which ultimately means that they want you to pay even more. Who is the CEO of that company? Is it a poor version of Godfather? Only one way forward: Leave them or, even better, never become one of their customers. I just left them. Appalling service at Bikesure

Appalling service at BikeSure Appalling service at BikeSure - needed to cancel my sons policy as he was upgrading to a larger bike after passing his test and Bikesure not competitive on costs..cancelled the policy and then hit with £135.15 cancellation charge made up of a £35 cancellation fee, £43 .55 commission fee and £45 arrangement fee.interst as well..complaint made and will be forwarded to the financial ombudsmen - threats made of debt collection and additional adding of fees if not paid within 2 days.. total scam to extract monies from customers who want to leave.. Steer well clear

Tried to accept quote took payment then I had a page come up there is a problem call us. Tried and gave up after 1/2 hour waiting. Then a couple of days and message your policy is about to cancel call us. Called and again no answer. No documentation or certificate 4 days later. Then after emailing told you can cancel but it's £35 and £30 surcharge ( pi$$ takers) still no documentation.......avoid Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024

Avoid!!!

Total scammers! They lure you with low prices, then send you an email that you have put wrong information. When you contact them they will increase the premium 200%. They should be shut down immediately. Reviewed on: 16th January 2024

Extortionate cancellation fee.

Arranged insurance via a comparison web site. Got a message two days later to call them in order to ‘validate my insurance ‘. Apparently some of the information about the bike was incorrect after me inputting the registration on line therefore an extra £300 was needed to provide cover. I told them to cancel the policy and they charged me a £65 cancellation fee. This without any policy being brought into force until 1st February. Reviewed on: 8th January 2024
